Crystal Jurczynski

Our project management and usability expert, Crystal Jurczynski, holds degrees in Education and Mathematics/ Computer Science. For the first eight years of her career, she was a technology instructor, gaining a deep understanding of the interaction between people and technology.

She began applying this understanding to the Internet over 10 years ago. As her career progressed, she designed, consulted on, and maintained Websites for different companies, including United Airlines, where she was a leader / project manager on  web projects and managed United's extensive intranet.

Crystal studies Website best practices and uses that approach to drive her projects. She currently builds new Websites and revamps existing sites for both internet and intranet audiences. Her clients include financial, legal, not-for-profit, retail, e-commerce, educational, and industrial firms.

Continuing her enjoyment of sharing knowledge with others, Crystal delivers presentations and seminars to both technical and business audiences. She also writes a quarterly newsletter, focusing on what business owners should know about their Websites.
