Assess

The Process:

Assess is our threshold website service product and is mainly a discovery process. It involves a careful review of website positioning within your business strategy and positioning with the total Internet structure. We report on the most glaring problems of the site and make overall recommendations for its upgrade.

Deliverables:

• A one-on-one, in depth survey of goals, beliefs and current strategy.
• An evaluation of your site that includes:

1. Suggestions for upgrading and improving site content. This includes recommendation for pages needed to "complete" the site.
2. An evaluation of how well your site ranks in the 3 major search engines.
3. Report on most glaring site coding problems.
4. Report on website usability including but not limited to loading speed, navigation.
5. Report on website application performance problems, internal linkage, etc.
6. A creative assessment of graphics and navigation.

From this initial assessment, you and your web designer can proceed as you wish; we can take you to the next step, or you can do it yourself.

Pricing - The cost for Assess is variable and depends on the nature of the site. Typically, for a professional service or small business website it will run around $500 for evaluation of the home page and 4 additional pages. Home page evaluation alone is $375.
