Usability Testing

The Process:

Usability Testing reveals where your website is working and where it isn’t. We identify typical goals of your site's visitors and observe real people as they try to accomplish them. Whether you want your visitors to find information, register, subscribe, or purchase products, there is no clearer way to find out where your website is hurting your business.

Deliverables:

• A custom test plan reflecting your website goals
• An evaluation of the test results that includes:

1. Goal achievement statistics and tester comments
2. Analysis of test results based on usability best practices
3. Recommendations for improving your site design, navigation, and content.

We can implement the recommendations on your website or you can do it yourself or make other arrangements.

Pricing - The cost is $825 + $50 per tester. We recommend 5 to 8 testers, depending on the size and complexity of your site.

"RUS"  Remote Usability Screening.  RUS is a new website usability testing process that is neither as involved or as expensive as traditional usability studies.  Often, RUS is all that's needed to discover major site problems.  RUS can also be used to determine if a traditional usability study is needed.
